I honestly have no complaints about this phone. I get emails from work while I'm on the run. I use the "Tasks" option daily. In general, it's just made organizing my life much easier.

The HTC Mogul works pretty well, I just have problems with the GPS at times. Sometimes it can not find a GPS satellite so I have to turn it off and back on again before it will find it. The volume is not loud enough both on the ear piece and the speaker. Most of the cool features on the Mogul require a monthly subscription, so unless you need the PDA portion, I would suggest a less costly device.

The best phone/PDA I have ever had. I've tried Blackberrys, which were okay. Treos which were garbaqe. This phone is by far the best I have had. And the new Diamond models coming out soon, looks even better. The low volume, and short battery life are the only down sides to this phone....

I bought the mogul as an upgrade from a PPC6700 I'd had for a while. The mogul is lighter, faster, and has better battery life than the 6700. Call quality is also improved. That said, I'm having far more prolems with device lock-ups than I had with the PPC; currently I'm having to reset the mogul about once/week - I almost never had to reset the PPC. That said, I'm keeping the mogul, it is overall an improvement.

I have owed a PPC-6700 and now own the PPC-6800. I waited for my two year contract to expire before purchasing the new phone (Not Really new at this point). I have owned the Mogul (PPC-6800) for about two months now! Here are my likes: GPS- This is an addition over the old PPC-6700. I think the GPS is a great feature and I really like the Voice Dial. You can call a number and it adds the location to your favorites Windows Mobile 6.0- Not too many changes from the previous version that I use to have on the ppc-6700. I do love Mobile 6; I have my screen looking like Vista. Looks clean and easy to use! I also love the addition of Windows Live. Syncing is a whole lot easier since it does not use active sync. It uses windows mobile center 2.0 Meg Camera- HTC definitely improved the camera capability from the old 1.3 Meg. I find the picture quality is far superior to the ppc-6700 Accessories- I love the fact that HTC finally realized to include a Screen protector. Such a cheap costing product for them in the bulk they buy it in. Such a small addition but happy they finally realized its importance. It also comes with a good quality wired headset. The USB adapter to accommodate using both the headset and charging it at the same time was also a welcomed feature! Battery- What can I say, you can’t ask for all these features and not sacrifice battery time. I strongly recommend buying an additional battery as they are so cheap now. I keep one in my brief case fully charged in case of an emergency. The battery is definitely better then the ppc6700. The battery is the full length of the back of the phone where the ppc6700 was half the size. I don’t really have issues with battery life unless I watch my sling box. I have the phone plugged in when I use GPS so no problems there. As far as people saying you cannot receive a call while you are using Data mode, well that must have been fixed since most of the posts on here. I receive calls while using data all of the time. One last feature I absolutely enjoy its new addition is the small Scroll wheel on the left top side of the phone. Exactly similar to a blackberry and has the same functions. Dislikes: Once in awhile freeze- I simply do a soft reset once in awhile to fix this. Sometimes slow to answer- This may be due to the Vista looking menus I installed. This happens every so often. Reception Coverage- this is all on sprint. I don’t get reception in certain areas that I should. For example my house. My girlfriend gets reception anywhere in my house on her Verizon phone. That is pretty much my summery of the phone. I am pretty technical and really utilize most of the phones features. I did allot of research on phones before purchasing this one. Although I am not a huge Sprint fan because of their support sucks, I went back because of this phone and the 99$ everything plans. -Mike
