The phones are horrible they always freeze..the track ball also freezes and they shut off whenever they want and lose some stuff we had programmed not happy at all I wish I would of order a different kind of phone.

This is a cute fun phone with a qwerty keyboard. The only thing is you can't get ringtones off Mixer because it is blocked and you have to buy your own ringtones but other than that its great!
